Een welkomstaperitief opent de deur van ons huis en presenteert zijn geschiedenis. U zult de passie voor wijnen en kazen ontmoeten in de gezellige sfeer van een typisch Mallorcaanse winkel genaamd "colmado". Geniet van deze verhalende reis door de wijngaarden van Mallorca en geniet bij elke stap van de aroma's, smaken en texturen die de meesters van ons land ons aanbieden. Wijn-, kaas- en sobrasada-proeverij met een eigen identiteit bereikt in de loop van de tijd, met ervaring en met goed werk. Casual proeverij, op maat gemaakt voor liefhebbers, liefhebbers van het terroir, de zon, de zee, de wijngaard, de valleien en de bergen.

This was one of the best wine tastings I have ever participated in. It was led by César, a sommelier, who was a wealth of knowledge! We learned a great deal about the wines of Mallorca and how to do a proper tasting: wine appearance (color, clarity) smell, and taste. It was an immersive experience for your senses. I highly recommend this tasting!!

The Mallorcan wine experience you need

When my husband and I travel, we always add a wine experience into the mix. We wanted to learn about Mallorcan wines and I can honestly say that this was, hands down, the best way to do it. The wines on offer were absolutely delicious and we left with a newfound respect for the local wine. If we had just picked a winery experience, it would of been luck of the draw as to what our final impression on the local wines would be. In this setting we were given a sample of wines from different makers, chosen by a knowledgeable and passion expert to really showcase the best the island has to offer. We left with a few bottles and mad respect for the Mallorcan wine industry. If we visit again, we would attend again as they said their selection of wines changes through the year and what a great way to find out what is out there to enjoy.
Best wine tasting I've ever done!

I've done several wine tastings and this one was by far the most educational. The group was very small so you get lots of personalized time, and the sommelier very clearly loves wine, loves what he does, and loves teaching people how to enjoy wine. Delicious wines + cheese and charcuterie, of course! Highly highly recommend, my friend who doesn't really drink wine walked away with a new love for it.
A unique experience you do not have to be an expert to do!

A lovely afternoon in a small wine shop in the center of the old city. Cesar conducted our wine tasting. While the lovely wine tasting room can hold up to six, we were lucky to have it to ourselves. We are novices and Cesar taught us a lot. We enjoyed tasting 5 wines, all from Mallorca. With the included samples of cheese and charcuterie we learned how to fit wine and specific types of food together. A very fun way to learn. We also enjoyed walking in the area around the shop. Cesar and Adonis have created a special experience with this wine tasting. We enjoyed it a lot and think you will too. Recommend very highly.

A really interesting, informative experience in a dusty old wine shop, with a host who was as interesting and colourful as the wine! We learned a lot about wine, grapes, food pairings, and tried some excellent Mallorcan wine. We felt a little like we were at school at times, but left much more informed about wine that when we had arrived!
If you're wanting a really social "party" type of wine-tasting, this is probably not for you, it's taken a little more seriously. Very enjoyable though, and worth the money we paid.

Intimate personalised tasting

It was a great afternoon we were part of a group of 4 and seeing as I had not long got a qualification in wine tasting I was intrigued to take part with another professional. It was well structured and friendly from start to finish and they certainly were not in a rush it was good to compare notes and not been made to feel inferior. Highly recommend this place for any one who arrives in Palma and see you again next year!

Really enjoyable. Very interesting . Guy really knows his stuff. Tasted 5 different types of wine. Plate of cheeses and chorizo to enhance the learning experience. Great atmosphere in tiny little authentic wine shop. Would highly recommend.

As with another reviewer we felt the wine tasting was very serious and if you are not as educated on the subject as the host it is difficult then to take part. He can come across like he has no time for you if you are unable to express the intricacies of the wine. The host clearly has a wealth of knowledge and the wines selected were beautiful. Very much an educational experience rather than social able one.
