Couldn't recommend this enough. My boyfriend and I booked a group tour but were upgraded to a private VIP tour with Alessia free of charge. Alessia is a fantastic tour guide and we cannot praise her enough, she spoke fluent English (as well as Spanish and Italian - although we don't speak either). She offered to take photos of me and my partner that we loved. We got to segway past the sea and all over the city; we saw things we wouldn't have otherwise as it was too far. As we're from the UK, segwaying in public isn't particularly legal so this was a great experience we couldn't try it at home.

Myself and my sister visited Palma on a cruise so were only there for a day we decided to book the Segway private tour.Having never been on a Segway before we were both very nervous however we neednât have been from start to finish the whole experience was just amazing! The staff were lovely and helpful our tour guide David was lovely he showed us how to work the Segway and was really supportive and encouraging and made sure we felt confident and was patient when we both struggled to start with! With his guidance we were off on our tour in no time, throughout he kept checking that we were comfortable and happy. We both really loved the tour by David, it was really informative and there are plenty of opportunities to take photos and have a walk around certain stops if you wanted to. So would I recommend this tour absolutely donât hesitate book here they really do ensure you have a informative and fabulous time!
Fun, Amazing, Memorable Experience

Juan was our tour guide and he is amazing. He helped us a lot during our tour. He made sure we are safe and he has been really patient with us. Its our first segwey experience and we are quite scared of how it might turn out but he made sure we get comfortable in using the segwey first before actually starting the trip. When you get the hang of it, its actually good. We really enjoyed the experience and memories we had. Juan (our tour guide), is well versed with the history of the place and gave us valuable tourists information such as places to eat etc. He took amazing photos of our tour as well. Thanks to Juan we managed to keep good memories of our tour in Palma. I highly recommend this for people to try when you are in Palma.
Great Segway tour with friendly guides

We (couple) had a 2,5 hours private tour around Palma. Our guides, Juan and Alessia, were very friendly, told us some good history insights and showed us Palma in a nice long tour, including lots of pure driving around the coastline. Recommended!

What an excellent experience! Jacki was a fantastic guide who taught us to ride the Segways in a relaxed manner. She then took us safely for a tour around Palma with stops to talk about various landmarks we would have missed without her. She was a really good guide, who made the experience even more memorable.
My only negative was that I wish that I'd booked a longer tour.
